The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) trains students to be equipped with the knowledge, skills, competencies, and work values for career opportunities in entrepreneurship, cruise and airline services, culinary arts, and accommodation businesses where hospitality is essential.
The program includes topics on conception, planning, development, human resource management, and eventually the management of the different aspects of hotel, restaurant, and resort operations. Special subjects also include bartending, culinary arts, and events management.
