Admissions for S.Y. 2024-2025 is now open!

Graduate Studies Admission Evaluation for SY 2024-2025 must undergo the UST-Legazpi Admission Evaluation, where the academic performance will be assessed based on a set of parameters designed to gauge the applicant’s readiness and capability to take on his/her desired program.

For Foreign Applicants:
Please e-mail the Office of the University Registrar before getting started with your application process: registrar@ust-legazpi.edu.ph.

Note: Incomplete application requirements will not be processed.

PROCEDURE

1. The applicant shall accomplish the online admission form and supply the necessary information.
2. The applicant shall pay the testing fee at the Cashier’s Office.
3. The cashier shall issue Official Receipt.
4. The applicant shall attach the PDF/JPEG file of the official receipt to the online admission form.
5. The Psychometrician shall validate the requirements and generate the result.
6. The Psychometrician shall forward the result and list of applicants and to the OGT Director.
7. The OGT Director shall review and endorse the list and requirements to the GS Dean.
8. The Dean shall release the result to the examinees.
