Rev. Fr. Edwin A. Lao, OP, MM, Vice-President for Administration and Finance delivers his opening remarks at the OPLAN 2021-2022.
Headed by the Office of Planning and Development (OPD), administrators of UST-Legazpi gathered at the Daragang Magayon Hall (DMH) for a three-day conference as they convene for the Operational Plan for S.Y. 2021- 2022.
This is to prepare the university as it opens its doors to its valued Thomasians on August 9, 2021.
