UST-Legazpi’s sports scholars and student athletes are currently engaged in intensive training for the National Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) Games 2024, which are set to commence on July 21, 2024. Representing the Bicol Region, these dedicated athletes have been training tirelessly and working closely with their coaches to ensure peak performance.
This year, UST-Legazpi will send 45 delegates across various sports, supported by the UST-Legazpi Center for Sports, Wellness, Culture, and the Arts. These delegates are gearing up to compete with the best from private schools nationwide.
Notably, this year marks the return of the National PRISAA Games to Legazpi City after a 15-year cycle, with UST-Legazpi serving as one of the key venues for the event. This occasion is significant for both the city and the university, as they prepare to welcome athletes from across the country.
