UST-LEGAZPI IS ALL SET FOR THE NATIONAL PRISAA GAMES 2024

As the National Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) Games 2024 approach, the UST-Legazpi delegation is feeling the pressure and excitement of competing on their home court. With the event set to commence on July 21, 2024, anticipation is evident among the athletes, their coaches, and the entire UST-Legazpi community.

Director Marie Veronique Berdin of the Center for Sports, Wellness, Culture, and the Arts provided updates on the preparations and the significance of the event. She shared that our delegates are well aware that performing in front of familiar faces adds pressure, but it also brings a sense of pride.

The facilities on campus are all set to welcome athletes from across the nation. The organizers have been conducting consecutive meetings to keep everything on track, ensuring a smooth and successful event. Meanwhile, our delegates are in the final stages of their training, with tune-up games being held.

The return of the National PRISAA Games to Legazpi City after 15 years will welcome participants from all 17 regions in the country. UST-Legazpi’s role as one of the key venues highlights its commitment to fostering athletic excellence and community engagement.

With facilities ready and athletes trained, UST-Legazpi is ready to make a significant impact at the National PRISAA Games 2024. The event will serve as a platform to further its presence and open new doors of opportunities for its athletes.
