After the recent three-day regional games of the 2023 Private Schools Athletics Association (PRISAA), the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi bagged forty-two medals across nineteen events last May 19 – 21, 2023 in Naga City; twenty-two gold, 11 silver, and nine bronze medals.
The following events and categories garnered gold medals:

On the other hand, among the one hundred six athletes UST-Legazpi has sent to the said regional games, thirty-eight of them are advancing to the national leg of the PRISAA 2023 that will commence in Zamboanga City on the 13th to 19th of July this year.
