Apart from producing quality academic outputs and putting premium on spiritual life, Legazpi Thomasians can also showcase their singing prowess that captures the hearts of many members of the community.
This became evident at the PATIRIBAYAN 2023: The Search for UST-Legazpi Idol where students and employees showcased their belting powers. Patiribayan is part of the week-long activities of UST-Legazpi’s 75th Diamond Jubilee Anniversary Celebration.
Among the student representatives of each academic departments, Maria Alyson Borlasa from the College of Health Sciences (CHS) bagged the first place; Jella Treztiza from the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) landed on the second spot, while; Eliza Nicole Leluces ended on the third place.
For the employees category, Angelica Yanzon from the College of Health Sciences (CHS) topped among the eleven contestants. Meanwhile, Romina Villamor from the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) took the second spot. On the other hand, Ricky Hermogeno from the College of Business Management and Accountancy (CBMA) bagged the third spot.
